This policy outlines how SOLID 3D Prints handles shipping, delivery, and returns for our products and services.
Shipping
Dispatch Times
All items produced by SOLID 3D Prints are made to order unless otherwise stated.
- Dispatch times vary depending on project scope, materials, and production schedule
- Estimated turnaround times will be confirmed at the time of quotation
- Once production is complete, items are dispatched promptly using a suitable courier service
Please note that turnaround times do not include shipping transit times unless explicitly stated.
Delivery
- We ship within the United Kingdom as standard
- International shipping may be available upon request
- Shipping costs and delivery methods are confirmed during the quotation process
Once dispatched, delivery times are subject to the courier’s service and are outside our direct control.
Packaging
All items are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition. Larger, fragile, or production-critical parts may require specialist packaging.
Returns & Refunds
Custom & Bespoke Items
Due to the custom nature of our work:
- All bespoke, made-to-order, and custom 3D printed items are non-refundable once production has started
- This includes test prints, prototypes, and final production parts
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please provide photographs and a brief description of the issue
- We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund
Errors in Supplied Files or Specifications
SOLID 3D Prints is not responsible for issues resulting from:
- Incorrect files
- Incorrect measurements
- Incomplete or inaccurate specifications supplied by the client
Clients are responsible for approving designs prior to production.
Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a refund, minus any costs already incurred
- Orders cancelled after production has started are non-refundable
